The Right Choice Campaign, University of Chichester

The student recruitment team at the University of Chichester were looking for an innovative and creative way to convert applicants and reinforce the University as their first choice.
The University was looking to execute a direct mail campaign including a branded merchandise item that would be useful to a student and could carry the campaign message “Be confident you’ve made the right choice”.
Beth Coleman, Account Manager, met with the University on-site to propose a range of ideas including the Bottle Kits (our own concept which has seen success for other Education clients). Hambleside sourced and tested suitable items to ensure they would fit in the bottle before getting sign off from the University.
The items selected were:
• Mix & Match Sports bottle, 800ml
• 2 highlighters
The project involved supply of the printed products, storage, collation and fulfilment of the Right Choice bottle kit, supply of packaging and address labels. We then mailed the 5000 kits by the most cost effective postage method to potential student home addresses, across the UK and overseas.
